Guess who was excited about this cake? I'm just grateful he didn't sneak his little toddler hand into the middle when I wasn't looking! It's a big weekend here at the Chen home. I am hosting a dinner for 8 tomorrow. Sunday is Kacey's birthday party. What was I thinking? At least I made the same dessert for both events. What could be better than one chocolate cake? Two, of course.
